  • Can I ask for a quote on just one item?

    Yes, but Jazline prices best across four or five lines. A single item quoted alone rarely beats an incumbent, because the rate depends on the combined monthly volume. Add the other items you buy most to the same request and the comparison becomes worth acting on.

  • Do you carry the brand our clinicians already use?

    Jazline sources across manufacturers rather than pushing one label. Name the brand and specification you use today and the quote comes back on that line. If an alternative is offered it is named on the line, never substituted quietly.

  • What pack sizes do you supply?

    Pack sizes are stated on the written quote against each line, because they differ by manufacturer. Send the quantities you consume in a month and Jazline works the pack size back from that rather than the other way round.

  • How long does delivery take?

    The committed delivery window is stated in writing on the quote, per line. Jazline does not publish a blanket lead time, because a figure that is wrong for one item in ten is worse than no figure at all for a stores head planning a reorder.

  • Do we have to stop buying from our current supplier?

    No. Jazline quotes alongside the vendors a hospital already uses. Most hospitals move two or three lines first and leave the rest exactly where they are. There is no minimum, no exclusivity and no commitment attached to a quote.
