Clinical staff using Jazline360 hospital management software at an Indian hospital

Jazline360 by Jazline Medical

Hospital Management Software, Built for Indian Hospitals

Jazline360 is one system that runs the whole hospital on a single patient record, from the front desk to the final bill. It is also called a hospital information system, or HIS. If you own the hospital, this is the decision only you can make.

For hospitals from about 100 beds.

One Record, from the Front Desk to the Accounts

The patient is registered once. Every desk after that adds to the same record, so nothing is typed twice.

One patient recordadded by that desk
  1. Front Desk

    Registers the patient once

    • Patient details
    • ABHA number
    • Token
  2. Clinic & Pharmacy

    Adds the treatment

    • Diagnosis
    • Prescription
    • Lab results
    • Medicine issued
  3. Billing & Accounts

    Bills from what was used

    • GST bill
    • Insurance claim
    • Accounts entry
  4. The Patient

Sees it all on their phone

    • Reports
    • Prescription
    • Bill

Why This Is Hard to Bolt On

A system pieced together from separate products does not have one record. It has several, joined by an overnight sync. Most of the time the copies agree. The month they do not, someone has to match them by hand, and the number the accounts team reports is not the number the ward believes.

  • The GST invoice and the insurance claim are worked out from the bill, not copied across.
  • A correction is a reversal that leaves a trail, never a silent edit.
  • There is no overnight sync to fail, because there is no second copy.

Twenty Operational Areas, in One System

Grouped the way a hospital already works: the front office, the clinical floor, the stores, and the finance desk. The useful question is not how many areas there are, it is whether yours are here.

  • Front office

    Where the patient arrives

    • Front desk & registration
    • Queue & display boards
    • Appointments
    • Patient portal

    Where care is recorded

    • OPD & clinical records
    • Wards & IPD
    • Operating theatre
    • Pharmacy
    • Laboratory

    What keeps the hospital supplied

    • Inventory & stores
    • Procurement
    • HR & roster
    • Assets & maintenance
    • Housekeeping
    • Administration
  • Finance

    What the month closes on

    • Billing & revenue
    • Insurance & TPA
    • Finance
    • Analytics

Each area is published with what it actually does, not just what it is called, because a name tells you nothing about whether it covers your work.

What each area does

We Put Someone in Your Stores for the First Year

Included in the Jazline360 contract for year one. It is not a separate professional-services charge, not a manpower contract, and not a trial that quietly turns into a bill.

  • Four named roles, agreed and written down before anyone starts.
  • Stores, pharmacy and materials only. No clinical decisions.
  • Your vendors and your buying process stay exactly as they are.

Built for ABDM, GST, DLT and NABH

ABDM and ABHA
Patients are registered against their ABHA health ID, so one record follows them across every desk. The registration is made in the hospital's own name, not Jazline's.
GST e-invoicing
The discharge bill and the tax invoice come from the same record. Tax is worked out line by line, and services that are tax-exempt are left out rather than charged and reversed.
DLT registered SMS
Message templates are registered under the hospital's own sender ID. A message from an unregistered template is held and reported, not silently dropped by the mobile network.
NABH documentation
Records, audit trails and access logs are kept in the form an assessor asks for. The software supports the paperwork; the accreditation is still the hospital's to earn.

Where a connection runs against a test environment rather than the live one, the compliance page says so by name. That honesty is the point of the page, and flattening it to the single word compliant throws the advantage away.

Who Jazline360 Is For

Jazline360 suits hospitals from about 100 beds. Below that line, the software costs more to run than it saves, and saying so now is cheaper for both of us than saying it in month three.

Under 100 beds?

You are still welcome on the supply side, which fits hospitals from about 50 beds. Consumables and Jazline360 are sold separately, and neither one needs the other.

What we supply

No Hospital Is Running Jazline360 Yet

What exists instead is a system built and tested end to end, a published list of the four things that are not finished, and named people who are accountable for it. The clinical, billing, inventory, insurance and finance functions are built and tested from start to finish. That is checkable. A reference customer we do not have would not be.

Common Questions

  • Are you going to take over our vendor relationships?

No. Your vendors and your buying process stay exactly as they are. The person we place works in your stores on batches, expiry and materials, not on choosing suppliers. You keep every supplier you use.

  • Do the staff you place work for you or for us?

They are our people, placed in your stores for the first year as part of the Jazline360 contract. They hold named roles, make no clinical decisions, and do no hiring or rostering. It is help to get you set up, not a manpower contract.

  • Who owns the data in Jazline360?

Your hospital does. It is your patient data. Jazline360 runs on shared cloud, on a private cloud, or on your own servers, and it is the same software either way.

  • Can we move Jazline360 to our own servers later?

Yes. The same software runs on shared cloud, on a dedicated cloud, or on your own servers in the hospital. Moving between them is a change of hosting, not a new product, and your staff do not have to be retrained.

  • How big does a hospital need to be for Jazline360?

About 100 beds and up. Below that, the software usually costs more to run than it saves, and we will say so rather than sell you a demo. For supplies, the cut-off is lower, from about 50 beds.
