Request a QuoteWhat Jazline360 Runs
Three flows. Twenty areas. One patient record.

Jazline360, running. Sample ward data, not a customer’s.
The Patient
Walks in. Gets seen. Goes home.
Registration, token, visit and discharge are one record, so nothing is asked twice and no note is typed again.
The Medicine
Ordered. Dispensed. Counted.
The prescription from that visit is what the pharmacy gives out. Stock leaves by batch, the oldest expiry first.
The Money
Billed. Claimed. Banked.
Everything used is already on the bill at that payer's rate, the insurance claim is built from it, and each document is recorded once.
One Record, Every Desk
What the front desk types is what the accounts read.
Nothing Is Typed Twice
Typed once at the front desk. Every other desk reads the same record.

Waiting on an Account in Your Name
ABDM production access credentials in your hospital's name
Imaging (PACS) the link to your X-ray and scan storage
Card and UPI payments a payment gateway account
SMS and WhatsApp a DLT and messaging account
Each needs an account in your name. Our side is done.
Front office
Where the patient arrives
Front desk & registration
Register a patient in under ninety seconds, give a hospital ID (UHID), catch a duplicate before a second file is made, and print the token in the same step.
Queue & display boards
Live token boards that update within a second or two, and can explain why one patient was called before another, for example the elderly or an emergency.
Appointments
Doctor schedules, slot booking, check-in, and cancelling a whole session when a doctor is called away.
Patient portal
Patients see their reports, prescriptions and bills on their phone, using the number they gave at the desk.
Clinical
Where care is recorded
OPD & clinical records
Visit notes, diagnosis, and prescribing with allergy and drug-clash checks, closed with a signature. Corrections are added on top with a trail, never silently changed.
Wards & IPD
Admission, bed board, nursing notes, the medicine administration record, and a signed discharge summary.
Operating theatre
Scheduling, the WHO surgical safety checklist step by step, the surgery record, and implant tracking by serial number.
Pharmacy
Batch-tracked dispensing that reduces stock as it happens, with the drug registers the law requires.
Laboratory
Sample tracking, results entered by one person and checked by another, old results kept rather than overwritten, and critical values that must reach a named doctor.
Radiology
Scan scheduling, running dose tracking per patient, safety warnings that need a written reason to override, and reporting.
Operations
What keeps the hospital supplied
Inventory & stores
Oldest-expiry-first issue, reorder and near-expiry alerts, and items charged to a patient or a department.
Procurement
Requisition, quote comparison, purchase order, and a three-way check that blocks payment when the goods, the order and the invoice do not match.
HR & roster
Staff records, rostering that refuses a shift when a licence has lapsed, an eleven-hour minimum rest between shifts, attendance and payroll inputs.
Assets & maintenance
Asset register with warranty status, service schedules based on work actually done, and breakdown tickets.
Housekeeping
Bed turnaround, so a discharged bed is free only once it has been cleaned.
Administration
Users, roles, an activity log, settings, and the hospital's own branding on screen and on paper.
Finance
What the month closes on
Billing & revenue
Price plans per payer, GST worked out correctly including services that are tax-exempt, discount approvals, and payments.
Insurance & TPA
Pre-authorisation, claims, the patient-share split, and payer ageing against each payer's own terms. TPA is the third-party administrator that processes insurance claims.
Finance
A real double-entry ledger where every entry balances, each document is recorded once, and corrections are reversals, not edits.
Analytics
Dashboards where every figure is defined once, so two reports cannot mean different things by the word revenue.

Common Questions
Short answers to what hospitals ask before they send a list.
What does Jazline do?
Jazline does two things. It supplies bulk medical consumables to Indian hospitals at a price in writing, and it builds Jazline360, software that runs the hospital. You can take one without the other.
What is a hospital information system?
A hospital information system (HIS) is one piece of software that runs the whole hospital on a single patient record: front desk, wards, pharmacy, laboratory, billing and insurance. Without one, every desk keeps its own file and the numbers stop agreeing.
What does medical consumables mean?
Consumables are the medical items a hospital uses up and reorders, such as dressings, gloves, syringes and cannulae. They are different from large machines, which are bought once. Jazline supplies four groups: wound care, catheters and cannulae, PPE, and minor equipment and instruments.
Do I have to leave my current suppliers?
No. You keep every supplier you use. We are one more quote beside them, with no minimum and no exclusive deal. Order one category if that is all you want.
Why are there no prices on this website?
Because the price depends on how much you buy. A 60-bed hospital and a 300-bed group do not pay the same for the same glove. Send your list with quantities and a price comes back in writing within 48 hours.
How big does my hospital need to be?
About 50 beds and up for supply. Jazline360 suits hospitals from about 100 beds. Below that, the order size usually does not work for either side. If you are smaller, tell us and we will say so.
What are ABDM and ABHA?
ABDM is the Indian government's national health data network. ABHA is the health ID a patient carries inside it. A registered hospital can link a patient's records to their ABHA, and Jazline360 is built for both.
Is Jazline360 ABDM compliant?
It is built for ABDM from the first line of code, and going live needs access in your hospital's name, which is still pending. We publish that instead of saying ABDM ready. Ask any vendor which steps they have finished, and who checked their security.
Can I buy supplies without the software?
Yes, and most hospitals will. Supply and Jazline360 are two separate offers, and neither one needs the other.
Who owns the data in Jazline360?
Your hospital does. It is your patient data. Jazline360 runs on shared cloud, on a private cloud, or on your own servers, and it is the same software either way.
What is not finished in Jazline360 yet?
Four things: ABDM production access, imaging (PACS), card and UPI payments, and SMS and WhatsApp. Each waits on an account in your hospital's name. No hospital is running Jazline360 yet, and we would rather say that than invent a customer.
Let’s Make Your Hospital Easier to Run
Items, quantities, your city and bed count. That is enough to price it.
