What Is Inside Jazline360

The Areas, One by One

  1. Front Desk & Registration

Register a patient in under ninety seconds, give a hospital ID (UHID), catch a duplicate before a second file is made, and print the token in the same step.

  2. Queue & Display Boards

Live token boards that update within a second or two, and can explain why one patient was called before another, for example the elderly or an emergency.

  3. Appointments

Doctor schedules, slot booking, check-in, and cancelling a whole session when a doctor is called away.

  4. OPD & Clinical Records

Visit notes, diagnosis, and prescribing with allergy and drug-clash checks, closed with a signature. Corrections are added on top with a trail, never silently changed.

  5. Pharmacy

Batch-tracked dispensing that reduces stock as it happens, with the drug registers the law requires.

  6. Laboratory

Sample tracking, results entered by one person and checked by another, old results kept rather than overwritten, and critical values that must reach a named doctor.

  7. Radiology

Scan scheduling, running dose tracking per patient, safety warnings that need a written reason to override, and reporting.

  8. Wards & IPD

Admission, bed board, nursing notes, the medicine administration record, and a signed discharge summary.

  9. Operating Theatre

Scheduling, the WHO surgical safety checklist step by step, the surgery record, and implant tracking by serial number.

  10. Inventory & Stores

Oldest-expiry-first issue, reorder and near-expiry alerts, and items charged to a patient or a department.

  11. Procurement

Requisition, quote comparison, purchase order, and a three-way check that blocks payment when the goods, the order and the invoice do not match.

  12. Billing & Revenue

Price plans per payer, GST worked out correctly including services that are tax-exempt, discount approvals, and payments.

  13. Insurance & TPA

Pre-authorisation, claims, the patient-share split, and payer ageing against each payer's own terms. TPA is the third-party administrator that processes insurance claims.

  14. Finance

A real double-entry ledger where every entry balances, each document is recorded once, and corrections are reversals, not edits.

  15. HR & Roster

Staff records, rostering that refuses a shift when a licence has lapsed, an eleven-hour minimum rest between shifts, attendance and payroll inputs.

  16. Assets & Maintenance

Asset register with warranty status, service schedules based on work actually done, and breakdown tickets.

  17. Housekeeping

Bed turnaround, so a discharged bed is free only once it has been cleaned.

  18. Analytics

Dashboards where every figure is defined once, so two reports cannot mean different things by the word revenue.

  19. Patient Portal

Patients see their reports, prescriptions and bills on their phone, using the number they gave at the desk.

  20. Administration

Users, roles, an activity log, settings, and the hospital's own branding on screen and on paper.

Automated Checks

A check is a rule the system enforces before it accepts a record. Not a test that was run once and passed — a rule that runs every time, and refuses the entry when it fails.

  • The books have to agree. A trial balance that is out by a rupee is out. Every source document posts once, and a correction is a reversal rather than an edit.
  • A claim and a patient share add up to the bill. By construction, not by reconciliation. The three numbers cannot disagree, because they are computed from one record.
  • A roster refuses a lapsed registration. A shift cannot be assigned to a clinician whose council registration has expired, and the eleven-hour minimum rest is enforced rather than reported afterwards.
  • Stock leaves oldest-expiry-first. Issue is first-expiry-first-out, and the drug register is written as the dispensing happens rather than at the end of a shift.

Three Ways to Run It

All three run the same software. Moving between them changes where it is hosted and nothing else — no data migration, and no retraining for the wards.

  • Shared Cloud

Single hospitals and small groups. Fastest to start; the hospital's data is isolated in its own schema.

  • Dedicated Cloud

Larger groups wanting their own database and their own upgrade window.

  • On Premises

Hospitals whose policy or connectivity requires the system inside their own building. Same software, one server.

Four of These Are Not Finished, and Here Is Which

The clinical, billing, inventory, insurance and finance functions are built and tested from start to finish.

Four areas wait on a registration or a merchant account the hospital itself holds, not on more software. They are named on the compliance page rather than left for month three.

What Is Still Waiting, and on What

ABDM production access
Health facility registration and production credentials. The integration is built against the sandbox.
Imaging (PACS)
Connection to the hospital's existing imaging store. Ordering, scheduling, dose tracking and reporting are done.
Card and UPI payments
A payment gateway account. Bills, receipts and the ledger are complete; collection through the gateway is the remaining link.
SMS and WhatsApp
A DLT registration and an aggregator account in the hospital's name. Message templates are written and ready to submit.

See the Areas That Matter to You

A walkthrough on the real system, on a call. Name the areas your hospital cares about and those are the ones opened. No slides.

Jazline360 suits hospitals from about 100 beds. Below that we will say so rather than sell you a demo.

Common Questions

What hospitals ask after reading the area list.

  • Does Jazline360 cover what our hospital actually does?

Jazline360 covers twenty operational areas, from front-desk registration through to month-end ledger close. The full list is published on this page to the area rather than summarised, so a hospital can check it against its own departments before booking anything.

  • What are the 934 automated checks?

They are the rules the system enforces before a record is accepted — that a trial balance agrees, that a claim and a patient share add up to the bill, that a roster refuses a lapsed registration. They run continuously, not as a one-off test.

  • Can Jazline360 run on our own servers?

Yes. Jazline360 runs in shared cloud, dedicated cloud or on premises, and all three run the same software. Moving between them changes where it is hosted and nothing else — no migration for the data and no retraining for the wards.

  • Which parts of Jazline360 are not finished?

Four: SMS and WhatsApp, card and UPI collection, imaging links, and ABDM production access. Each waits on a registration or a merchant account the hospital itself must hold, not on more software. The compliance page names all four.
